We have to check, to scann your skills on a truck and comprehension for the German Highway Code. On this day, we test and teach you, what is expected for

meanwhile, we have Kenians Truck driver in job in Germany. And as you know, the mimimum wage for a driver is 450k ksh. That must be warranted by the German employer. Otherwise, there no visa! But on the other side, the employer want to know before desciding, “how are your skills”
You are good
from our past interviews, we know, that you are all good and respectfull drivers. Therefore you are invited to our next “Drivers Bootcamp 2026”, which has changed a lot on screening. Helps us more, to present you with your transparent driving skills, and for you, the changes to get a job will raise up much more.
Your next employer is here
in the moment, we have an CEO here from Poland, who is responsable for different transport enterprises, as Coca Cola, DHL and Schenker. He want to see with his own eyes, how every driver is doing. On driving, on reaction-test, practical skills on maintanance on the truck and some more
What we do with you
We have much more experience in screening, than one year ago. Meanwhile Kenyan Truck Drivers are in Germany and soon in Poland – and we got feedback from our German Tranport Client, what they want to see more in the future.
This necessessty, we followed up und here we are:
- Introduction in the German Highway Code and access to the Leaning app (Android / Apple) for every participiant for 3 months. (we will learrn together, you will pass in Germany in english the highway quiz question – dont worry)
- practical skill-test on a truck, which is parked in front of our office in Mtwapa and on short driving, including reverse to a ramp
- Eye-test at OPTICA here in Mtwapa (the 1k fees you pay directly to OPTICA)
- Reaction Test
at Lunch time, we provide menue at our hotel beside, included

These Kenyan Truck drivers are now in Germany and started here in the bootcamp last septembe 2025 in Mtwapa
we have limited seats for 24 Drivers. The preinstallement is at 4.500 ksh. You can send via mpsa. The resting 5250 ksh are on arrival to pay. If you have any question, call Eunice at 0116377-777
