1. Basic Information

A driver is registered with the basic data. Driving licence, ID Card, etc.

2. Welcome “Assessment” Day

Spend a day with us and get fully prepared for job opportunities in Europe!

    • Introduction & Requirements – We’ll walk you through everything needed to work as a professional driver in Europe.
    • Interview & Video Profile – We will conduct a recorded interview to showcase your skills and personality.
    • Driving Simulator Session – Experience a hands-on test in our advanced driving simulator.
    • Observation Drive – A supervised driving session to assess your real-world performance.
    • Professional CV Creation – We’ll help you craft the perfect CV tailored to European employers.

    At the end of the day, all your data will be securely added to our job portal. You’ll receive access to your profile, where you can update and manage your information anytime.

    3. Basic Drivers Expert

    *The driver will be trained in an intensiv 4 days Cours in four different modules. At the end of the basic course, their suitability for driving in Europe/Germany will be assessed through various tests. The results will be accessible to the company. You will be more visible! * this fees are extra,

    Training & Assessment Includes:

      • 5 hours of driving simulator (right/left-hand traffic)
      • 100 learning and exam questions (Category B)
      • Vision test according to EU standards*
      • Medical fitness test*
      • License authenticity verification
      • 100 technical terms for professional drivers in German
      • Video observation drive (passenger car)
      • Final assessment test

      4. Sponsoring Germany

      The driver will be trained according to the German curriculum:
      📅 40 hours per week | 160 hours per month | Total: 4 months

        Key Milestones:

        ✅ After 2 months: The German A1 language exam will be taken at the Goethe-Institut.
        ✅ After passing A1: The visa and work permit application process can begin.

        📌 All 1,400 exam questions (Category B) in English with exam simulation (90% pass rule)

        📌 10 driving simulator sessions (Category B) with error analysis
        📌 10 driving simulator sessions (Category C) with error analysis
        📌 Four 30-minute observation drives with video recording
        📌 German A1 language course with certification from the Goethe Institute Frankfurt

        Die Idee dahinter!

        Die Kosten zur Ausbildung, Lebensunterhalt, Transport sind in Kenia weitaus günstiger. Warum nicht geeignete Fahrer hier in Kenia ausbilden? Es gibt keinen Unterschied, wenn es um die Ausbildung geht, da wir, als deutsche, erfahrene Trainer die Transformation hier in Kenia machen.

        Zeitgleich kann ja das Verfahren in Deutschland zum Arbeitsvisum gestartet werden.
